What is an EFS account and how do I
get one?
EFS Caribbean is a third-party company which Casino On Air uses to conduct
all real money transactions. This includes all foreign currency exchanges
and also provides a secure gateway when setting up a Casino On Air account.
EFS Caribbean is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Starnet Communications International
Inc., a fully reporting, publicly traded US company. EFS accounts are automatically
created when you use the software in "Play for Real." A PIN number is generated
for each EFS account.
Is all my information secure?
Security for our Casino On Air customers has always been one of our top
priorities. Casino On Air and EFS Caribbean both use the SSL Protocol to
provide privacy and reliability between two communicating applications.
SSL uses 128-bit encryption, which ensures server and client authentication.
This is done through encrypted algorithms and cryptographic keys.
What all this means is that before any of your data is sent from you
to us or vice-versa, the data is encrypted and then sent. This will make
it impossible for anyone to break this code and gain any confidential information.
If I withdraw money from my EFS account
back to my credit card, how long does it generally take to show up on my
credit card statement?
When withdrawing from your EFS account back to your credit card, it will
take anywhere from 3-5 business days to show up on your credit card
statement. If 5 business days have passed, please contact the bank who
issued you the credit card and ask them if they see a credit from World Entertainment Ltd
pending. If they do not, please contact [email protected]
How do I withdraw funds from my EFS account?
To withdraw funds from your EFS account, sell your V-Chips to your EFS account,
and then proceed with the withdrawal. You must have the PIN number
which is emailed to you the following business day after you first deposit.
Select "MONEY" from the menu bar then "V-Chip Account" and "Sell V-Chips."
Enter the amount you wish to transfer to your EFS account. Then select
"Withdraw" from the ATM screen, enter the amount you wish to withdraw
and click on which method you would like to withdraw by - credit card or
cheque. Once you have done this, please enter your PIN number and the amount
you would like to withdraw. You may then hit "Withdraw Money", and your
withdrawal will be processed.
How much can I withdraw back to my credit
card?
When withdrawing from your EFS account back to your credit card, you may
withdraw up to the amount that you have deposited via credit card in the
lifetime of your accounts with EFS Caribbean. However, when you have withdrawn
up to this amount, any remaining funds must be withdrawn via cheque.
Can I request to withdraw by either cheque
or credit card, whichever I prefer?
No. If you have deposited at any time by credit card, your withdrawal will
be deposited to the credit card (up to the amount you put in your account)
first. The remainder of your balance will be sent by cheque. Credit cards
have priority. Similarly, you may not withdraw back to your credit card
over the amount which you have deposited.
What are deposits to my EFS via credit
card account charged as?
Deposits to your EFS account via credit cards get charged as purchases.
