What is my PIN number and how do I get it?

I have entered the PIN number I was sent in the mail, and
it gives me the error message "Invalid PIN number".
What is my PIN number and how do I get it?
Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) is required before you can
withdraw funds from our casino. EFS Caribbean wants financial transactions
to be as secure as possible. This number will be emailed to you on the first
business day after your first credit card deposit.
I haven't received my PIN number and I
want make a withdrawal from my EFS account.
Please contact our Customer Service/Technical Support.
Can I withdraw money without my PIN number?
No. You must wait until your PIN number arrives before you can make a withdrawal
from your EFS account.
If I create a second account, can I use
the same PIN in the new account that I did in my older account?
No. The PIN is randomly generated for each account. When you deposit to
your new account the first time, your PIN for the new account will be emailed to you
the following business day.
If I change my personal information will
my PIN number change?
No. Your PIN number will not change. If you are having difficulties
with your PIN contact Customer Service/Technical
Support.
I have entered the PIN number I was sent
in the mail, and it gives me the error message "Invalid PIN number."
Check to ensure that you are entering the PIN number correctly. If you
believe you are, then please contact our Customer
Service/Technical Support.
